My Granddaughter would be thrilled with the pencil art. I recently gave her a large set of good pencils. I gave her paints etc too. I have the same micro pens. I took up pen and ink in my 20s, acrylic painting in my 30’s, then a mixture of the too and now I am into watercolor, and multimedia. I also cut out wooden Christmas ornaments when my energy is up. I’m in my early 70s now and work on something every day. I sometimes refinish antique furniture when it’s warm enough in the garage. Keeping busy keeps the pain levels down. Enjoy your life! ❤👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🇨🇦

Oh goodness, this is a beautiful piece of art. Please don't ever apologize for where your intuition and heart takes you. You will never make everyone happy, so just do what makes you happy. Think of it as expanding other's horizons and offering a challenge to work outside your normal comfort zone. You do you. Love you and your work. You are ALWAYS inspirational.

Stunning result😍😍😍. CC, don't over think things too much ( what people will think, what people are expecting blah, blah, blah) you are going to make yourself sick... It is your piece of art, you create it the way it feels right to you. There is no right or wrong, as you know art is a very subjective thing. I love your water colour painting, it is light, weightless like a feather and I need that to calm my head, I find it soothing. I look forward to your next piece😊♥️. Have a beautiful day CC🌺

I have experimented with various types of plastic wrap, and the Cheapest brands you can get is the best for moving around once you place on paper to make more shapes. I also crinkle it in a ball first, and then open before laying done, too. Love your technique to wet both sides to keep it FLAT, most helpful, because if paper rolls when wet, you lose the effect you desired.

This is gorgeous. I like the yellow. I like how the background made a diamond shape. I like the shading. I like the little highlights. I'm a silver fan so I don't miss the gold lol. I'm not here for doodles, I'm here for whatever you want to show us. I like seeing your process of deciding how to handle whatever the paint decides to do. I like seeing different approaches to things. I like seeing artists try new things. Yep, no complaints here. I understand wanting or needing to stick to "a brand" or what the majority of subscribers like but I really love artists that are just their authentic selves and not like super curating their content. So thank you for showing us your different stuff, your oopses, etc.

Your art style, and what you convey, is to “just go with it” being free and easy and relaxed. This may not have been a doodle, but the feeling was the same, you did what the piece was calling out for, so don’t worry, it was beautiful, and not technical at all. 🤗🇬🇧
