I just love how your cats love each other, are they siblings? So beautiful, thank you for sharing. I have a frog experience that you may appreciate. It was in Southeast Texas just north of Houston. We had a large year round heated swimming pool that had to be disinfected. I have 5 children and they have lots of friends that come to cool off. Well one of these boys was not potty trained at about 6 years old. This came as a big surprise when hel let one loose that floated to the top as we swam. So we sent, mostly, everyone home and emptied out all but a little water in the bottom. This all just knocked us out so we stopped and the next day the pool had hundreds of frogs in it. So we formed a bucket brigade and scooped up the frogs and dumped them in a stream across the street from us. After about the third bucket, my oldest boy yelled out for us to come see what was going on. Well coming from Brooklyn where we had maybe little garter snakes as pets. The swamp looked like the ground was alive and moving from the gizillion snakes that came to eat the frogs we thought we were saving. I would like to paint this experience any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I so wish KZbin recommended you two years ago when all this crazy nonsense stuff started and we were all stuck in the house needing a friendly voice and face to hear and see. I told you yesterday that I’ve been binging on your videos. Although we have different styles and aesthetics when it comes to art, I have to say you’ve inspired me to be more hands off with my work and less critical of myself. I’ve already implemented this idea with my own students I teach every single day. Just last night I was outside looking at the stars and chuckled at the fact that I’ve literally been an art Nazi with my students trying to get them to be more precise in their observational drawings and of course neater in their work. Now I am just happy when they put pencil to paper and make something for my class. It’s really hard to find a grading system when I have to juggle quality over “is there a piece of paper I can grade”. Anyways, I totally forgot what else I wanted to say. It will come to me in the next video I will watch. Let’s hope I remember what it was. Oh, oh,…. I know! Have you tried GOLDEN OPEN ACRYLICS? Gotta tell you, I hate painting with acrylics cause I love what oil paints do for me. Don’t tell my oil paints, but I am having an intense love affair with Golden Open.

Haha...I’m seeing this in Feb 2021. I remember I started masking and gloving beginning of March a YEAR ago. People have, since day 1, laughed at my washing of everything that came in the house, or having an airing out period like you did, and even wearing a mask! I didn’t need to wait until my (add your own adjective) President told me it was safer...I have a brain of my own. And while my heart has ached at other people’s tragedies during this period, i , like you, have tried to make the most of it. I have a large studio and have spent many whole ‘lost days’ up there. I never in my life have understood boredom. There are too many books and art supplies for me to ever use up to be bored. Hah. So yes, while we pray for those so deeply affected by the Coronavirus, we all have an individual responsibility to make the most of every day. A part of me is going to hate not having an excuse to pass on social events!

Your hair looks so pretty in this video. We felt so blessed during the awful pandemic we actually like being together I know it’s a real trial for so many. We had the same problem with toilet rolls in the uk so mad, flour and pasta were other things that we couldn’t get hold off here. Much love Chris xx

When we look back, the toilet paper thing was so funny (and annoying). I was stupid enough to not have a stash of toilet paper but I stock up the litter for my cat, so a ton of litter and no toilet paper 🥴 Fortunately for me I have a sink beside my toilets, I washed myself a lot then. My family who lives in France had exactly the same toilet paper problem, it seems that this weird reaction was global 😂.

So happy to see you. I haven’t been out in a week except to take a walk. I live in Canada and we still have snow and cold. No excuse, have to push myself out more. Love Ma and Pa, so cute. We have a lot of them up here, a sure sign of spring. You are doing great with your bird paintings. Love the oil paint on paper too. As per the TP issue....I think the idea of using wash cloths sounds right. I still have a few cloth diapers from over thirty years ago ...hope we don’t get to that point. Suzi, I've actually been in quarantine for 3 weeks - my doctor put me on quarantine really early because I have several medical issues. But as I said I've been enjoying it! I do recommend getting out more -bundle up friend and get out there!! I think it's really important during this secluded times. Thank you about the bird paintings! I cracked up at your wash cloth comment - now I do think the cloth diapers could work in a crisis! Thanks for watching Suzi (and for leaving me such a nice comment)! Sandi Hester phew three weeks, I have a feeling we’ll all be doing that and more. TG for modern technology our family is planning a virtual supper/lunch soon. We had a practice run yesterday, no supper, and it was great to see everyone. Yes, I worry for the immune compromised and older people. Ohhh thank you! Yes, been busy painting for sure! I mostly use the free KZbin music - it takes me forever to find decent music from there but I manage. I also have 2 Christian artists that I love that I reached out to and they've given me permission to use their music - but I've only done that a couple of times and i always mention it at the end and put links to all their links.

I just you imove on my mac but I also use Snappa and import a transparent page and then use markup on my mac to "write" my words - I don't have a pen or anything - just use my finger :). Let me know if that makes sense or if you have more questions about that.

@@sandihester Gotcha. I use iMovie too, but haven't worked to figure out better ways to do notes and words. I'm wanting something nicer than the iMovie basics, I can google those things you mentioned and figure it out. Thanks! ALSO I'm totally in the same boat as you with the toilet paper thing. When I was young my parents gave me a hard time about how much I used and I was like "if there's one area where we should all be using PLENTY it's there!"...it's an adjustment for sure. hahaha
