It was a small nerf though, 35% still makes for some crazy damage, but he was also buffed by the hook being increased to 20% chance

Crown and in general harvesting increases stop after wave 20, talking about the per round effects. So no matter what you get on the Crown, its set to 0.

You could have taken 50% spyglass and give yourself infinite damage with rerolls cause bone dice. Also idk when run happened but same day as ur druid vid released on public, 51% spyglass was fixed and 101% would be like 99% price reduction

Torture should have a rework honestly. An idea I've had: keep the hp per second (though probably a smaller value) and you can't heal any other way, ditch the +15hp, HP Regen gives attack speed, Life Steal gives Damage, Every other source of healing gives a temporary boost to dodge/speed proportional to the healing it should have done, It leans more into the idea of it being a cost/benefit item. Likely will never happen but one can hope. p.s. love the vids!

Been thinking about the demonstration runs... Maybe you should give a rough indication of retries so we have a clear idea how likely we are to be able to get a similar run. If it's your first or second try on a build, those of us with a bit less skill can stil expect to be able to perform a similar run. If it's your fifteenth or twentieth time, maybe I have a clear idea that I should expect self-luck (not game Luck) to get a similar run.

@@sirhc199331 they scale with ranged damage only. Haven't finished watching the video.(right at the halfway point), so no idea if he made it work eventually with the stick to offset the range losses. But the inherent stats and scaling doesn;t work well with what he has from the potato.

They scale with range, not ranged damage. I am honestly a bit surprised about the comment because we see what did how much damage and how weak the SMG became, its the sole reason they were fully sold off

@@DexTag I was going with memory on the scaling, when i made that comment i had literally just woke up from overnight sleep with the video paused around wave 19. The snipers popped off because you got 2 cursed items with huge +range and 2 cursed walking sticks to offset the steady accumulation of negetive range. Without them the spread bullets do almost no damage because of negetive range and the RoF vs raw damage remains terrible. I was also mor egegting at how the split projectiles don;t scale with the curse affect, but i explained it terribly on top of getting the scaling wrong. I agree the SMG's started falling off, but thats inevitable with pre-buff Creature. Scaling damage off curse is amazing early on, but once you start getting cursed weapons it falls off super hard. With pre-buff creature you really needed a lot of luck on the RNG to get cursed versions of stuff that really works with whatever else your doing, (for an SMG run you want to replace the SMG's with miniguns IMO).

@@darthkarl99 but we knew Ill get a ton of range via the walking poles, I dont really think thats surprising given I mentioned setting off the loss on wave ^^ And with a what, 90% chance to Curse items? Dont quite remember what exactly it was, but we pretty much Curse anything that we lock, so I really dont see the issue with it, as long as enough damage is available to survive until that point is reached, which honestly wasnt hard with the SMG

I just bought the expansion and ruined it and curse for myself on my first mutant run, got to lvl50 elemental projectile build and that was with the nerf to curse damage scaling. Two cursed fish hooks early on, was quite funny and very fun. Unfortunately the scaling of cursed enemies seems to mean you hit a hard limit around 50, and now I don't see the point of doing anymore curse runs.
