One of the best rock bands ever in the history of rock music

I don't think ppl actually sit down and listen 2 creeds songs . If u really listen creed makes sense in a lot of things and the songs really make u think. their songs are so strong if I'm mad about something I start becoming happy once I listen 2 one of their songs. This is a great band and always will be

if i really listen to their lyrics i realize it's religious nonsense, best not to i think!

Shock The Rapper You said that perfectly, alot of people feel like you! I think its because even in conflict or struggles, there is always a message of hope and something more! Love Creed, great message and thank you Scott for writing lyrics that resonate with so many, whether your religious or not!

i was 8 when i first heard this song. it was my first favorite song, and then weathered became my first cd, and Creed my first favorite band. i cant say how much they have really meant to me. i'm 17 now and listening to this again, there's just so much nostalgia in this one song alone. growing up listening to Creed was a blessing. thank you Creed.

This is the song that gave me a kind of comfort and power to go on, while I was in the army. I'm a South Korean, and in South Korea, military services are mandatory for men, except for some special cases. And that's why the service make young men sad, as they should spend about 2 years in the army under strict rules and regulation.

we can never say which is better..but one thing i do know,Alter Bridge and Creed are both legends in the history of music,especially rock,industry..
@bobabooey45376 ай бұрын
I think its fair to say that Creed is better than Alter Bridge. Of course its music and extremely opinionated and personal, but if we broke it all down to a science with statistics in various categories... I think we would see Creed being the 'better' band within many of the categories broken down.

As a great fan of Creed, now I do LOVE Alter Bridge, and thanks God we have two more groups now to listen to as Scott's band is pretty good too. Some other bands when splitted just disappeared. Let us enjoy Creed, Alter Bridge and Scott Stapp.

But, when I first heard My Sacrifice in the army, I felt like being flying over. After reading the lyrics, and after knowing that the members are Christian, I realized that the song could have been a kind of tribute to Jesus. Though I'm non-Christian, I didn't care, as it also could be a heartful and sincere tribute to soul mate of life. I miss Creed, and thank them for such a great song of history.

Thats not Brian Marshall. He left Creed in 2000 and this is from 2002. Thats a guy called Brett Hestla who they hired to replace Brain for live shows. He's actually more of a Lead Singer and Guitarist than a Bassist but he's good. Nothing wrong with using a Pick as well.
