Congratulations. At the time of writing this comment, I'm 35 and I found out in February that I have a brain tumor. I've been going through treatment and fighting my absolute hardest. At first I was told the tumor was malignant and couldn't be beaten. I was told that without treatment I had about 13 months at most before it took my life; and with treatment I had 2-3 years at most. Then 2 weeks before I finished my first round of chemo, and completed radiation treatment (4 weeks), I was told by my doctors that somehow my tumor had shrunk exponentially. As a result, they predicted that I have 5-10 years worst case scenario, and best case scenario they believe that I can win this fight and beat this tumor. Creed has been my favorite band ever since the first time I heard Higher in '99 or 2000. I remember when I was 10 years old and I made friends with this older kid, Joseph Fisher and we met one day when he and his brother, Michael were passing football and I was passing football to myself until I saw them. I then went inside and told my dad and he recommended that I invite them over, little did I know that this would become almost routine for the next two years. Me, Joe and Mike established a great friendship and I remember we used to throw little parties on my house's front porch and we would take food and some drinks and just listen to music for hours, sometimes until midnight. But one particular night, he showed me this song and I loved it, became one of my favorites, now I'm in 8th grade and I just came across this song on accident and I just thought to myself "Joe." I was speechless, all I could think about is when he moved two years ago, God only knows what he's been doing. Stay safe bro, maybe if you get as lucky as me, you'll find this comment like I found you guys

Creed is no longer a band. Scott Stapp(singer) and Mark Tremonti(Guitarist) had "creative differences" but, I just assume it has to do with Scott Stapp's addiction to drugs supported by the fact that he was essentially penniless in 2014. Tremonti is still heavily focused on his solo stuff and Alter Bridge(Check them out) so, he isn't planning on reuniting with Stapp to resurrect Creed in the near future. Evidently they haven't even been close friends for a while now.

I was a pure heavy metal guy when this stuff came out. I was from the 80s…. But I gotta tell you the chorus on this song still gives me goosebumps 20 some years later.

You can't call them a "one hit wonder". These guys put out some powerful music. They made a string of hits. Too bad the brightest stars burn out quickest.

they not done checkout Alter bridge or Tremonti own project it continues I would say even for the better. I found out them and continue to listen because of Creed first.
