Nice looking table. And I’m a bit jealous of that sprayer. ;)

How did you find such straight and flat boards? No jointer even needed here. They weren't warped or twisted or nothing. I get lumber from home depot and lowes and I can't do anything with it.

Nice table
@CReevesMakes5 жыл бұрын
Thank you Jordan. The sole reason for this table was we had a need for it and also to test my skills while using cheap pine lumber. It has held up extremely well in a house full of kids. I may build one out of oak or ash down the road.

How did you connect the table top with the rest? You did drill small holes at 7:55. Thanks.
@CReevesMakes5 жыл бұрын
I lost the footage of that due to poor lighting. I just screwed up from the bottom with washer head screws through the slots I made at 7:55.

nice work. new sub here and have been following IG as well. one question about the sprayer....did you just get the sprayer and attached to an air compressor or did you get the fuji blower (ex hobby pro 2 or mini mite, etc) ?
@CReevesMakes5 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for subbing and following along! That is the Fuji MPX 30 compressor gun. All you need is a larger scale air compressor, filter, and your good to go.

Just curious - at 5:08, you squirt wood glue into your pocket holes. Why? Nice job on that table.
@harleyhaynes6 жыл бұрын
Dan Hartman perhaps a stripped hole? I have done that if I my pocket hole screws go into end grain of softwood or I got a little to carried away with my impact driver :-)
@CReevesMakes6 жыл бұрын
Hey Dan, I add glue to some joint screws to ensure the screw stays in the grain. Using softer woods, I do this alot. I run them in until the driver just stops and pulls the joint tight. I dont want the screw to eat the threads.
@danhartman90876 жыл бұрын
Well thank you for the replies! I'll have to add this to my mental notebook for future use. Does glue go in before or after screw?
@CReevesMakes6 жыл бұрын
Put it in the pocket hole, then run the screw in. 👍🏻
