When I select the model in the explorer and then go back to the replace menu, the OK button is greyed out. This doesn't work for me.

Same for me...also there is a message at the bottom of the screen that states "Models xxx and yyy are not related by any shrinkwrap, merged or derived model"

@@CADPLMGuy I have since realized this video is an old version. I use Creo 7.0.0.0, and the replace menu has an option on the left you can click saying "use unrelated component" or something like that. Once you click that (and have a part to replace selected) you can click the Browse button to find a replacing part.

I did this in Creo 7.0 but this functionality goes back to 3.0 or so (it's been around a while).

@@CADPLMGuy Thank you very much, I'm using Creo 4 actually, but I have problems using "Replace View Model", when I choose the new model it doesn't appear on the window, can you explain why ?
