I love how raylan shoots for dickies other knee after he broke the first one years ago. Extra level of petty considering with his draw skill he couldve incapacitated him in a less crippling way but the man killed his aunt so no working knees for dickie.
@ATBatmanMALS31Ай бұрын
It was very personal, and also the minimum acceptable retribution.. as least as far as Raylan would be concerned. He never once told him to drop it, so I guess he figured he'd give Dickie a fate worse than death.

I didn't appreciate Timothy Olyphant for the great actor he is until recently. I've seen him in "The Crazies" and thought that he was superb there, but didn't follow his career. He is a really charismatic and good actor.

I feel The Crazies doesn't get the recognition it deserves. It's the top film that springs to mind for me when people talk about jump-scares in horror films. I find it impressive that every single opportunity to have a jump-scare moment, they take it, and none of them were cheap fake-outs. But definitely check out Deadwood: you get more Olyphant AND you get acquainted with Ian McShane masterful performance as Al Swearingen, one of the best TV performances ever.

What a compilation! Raylen in his very best, but he is complemented by a great supporting cast. I wish Michael Ironside had more episodes, he gave such depth to even that simple role. Ever since the show was over I miss the sarcasm of Nick Searcy, the wits of Jacob Pitts, the voice of Walton Goggins and the energy of my personal favourite Jere Burns (Wynn Duffy). Too bad that the spin-off wasn't any good to begin with, and the cast - apart from the charismatic Boyd Holbrook (unfortunately Timothy included this time) - didn't have the depth and lines to elevate the episodes from mediocrity.
