Why wasn't she aware enough to keep a distance between herself and the man in the field? So many women/girls seem to think nothing will ever happen and don't speed up or get into the middle of the road to ascertain whether they are being targeted.

it's strange watching these and seeing how different things were back then..cigarettes openly on sale, the way people were described such as in physical appearance, which wouldn't be allowed now on television. So sad that many offenders aren't ever apprehended - hopefully looking at cold cases now, with the advent of DNA progression, criminals are caught and brought to justice.

Many of the crimes wouldn't feature today as police wouldn't have resources to investigate, i.e., petty thefts and fraud! We'd no doubt see instead wanted criminals who've misgendered others or who've told too many thruthbombs via Facebook, etc!

I *LOVE* that bit at 18:09 when she says "Hello! ☺️" to the *_dog_* and the *_man_* just - pops up! 🤣 That's how *I* talk to dogs! 😃 But more specifically, cats. 😐 I usually say *"HELLO* therrrre!" "HowWwWw are yoooou?" "Are you alrIIIIght!" Definitely the best bit of the reconstruction.
