I'm just confused how a 13-year-old recovered from being dosed by a drug in time to recognize and remember everything that happened to her. Then fought off 2 grown men and then apparently stayed conscious long enough to walk to a gas station from a mansion. Date rape drugs are known to render grown women totally unconscious and unaware of what's going on with them. There's no way in hell at her age she could have remained conscious after being dosed.

Of course this establishment is no longer there but at the time Jay wasn't at no mansion. This woman said she wasn't able to enter the award show because she had no ticket. Right after that she talked to Diddy's driver who took her to the VMA's after-party while the award show was still going on. Tessa Tells just did a segment on her page and apparently now the story has changed and it was the 2003 VMAs, not the 2000 VMAs which would make the victim 13 not 16. The victim though, seems very clear about being 13. Tessa claims that there's a mansion that Diddy purchased in 2004 but supposedly had access to in 2003 that fits the description. And she also alleges that her father admitted to losing memory due to 'personal issues' and that he told this to NBC but that they left that part out of the story. The second reasoning was that with her being autistic she would clearly be prone to not remembering the year or being confused about certain details. But again, this isn't from the victim. So yes, I have questions... How is it that she has such vivid memories of everything that happened but when holes are poked in the story, now she has a mental impairment? She was slick enough to find a ride to the VMAs without her father knowing where she was. She was smart enough to ask different limo drivers to help her get to an after-party. She waited right where she was told to be. She clearly remembers the taste of this presumably drugged drink and the feeling that followed plus every detail of the violation. How does her father not remember this and then suddenly 'Oh he has some memory issues due to personal issues?' I believe anything about Diddy. I don't think Jay is above reproach. But there needs to be a criminal background check done on this lady before this goes any further.

AND: given the circumstances we have to put everyone BACK to that era; there was no GPS system as we have it today whereby a young teenager would know how to get to a venue, directly from home, as well as for the father to go pick her up directly from his own domicile. Then we have EVERYONE doing 10 hours round trips, and yet the father cannot remember them, when we certainly would remember, even if it were innocuous. The back and forth calls (assuming) those calls to the father ought to be traced. This deceased friend, we need a certificate for their existence and demise, and testimony of their friendship as well. I'm not a lawyers, I don;t know how it would work, however I need Mr Buzbee DISBARRED for his unethical handling of all of this.

Also Jay Z used to be a drug dealer and is known to have engaged in violent acts in his past. He stabbed a record producer, Lance Rivera, and shot his own brother. He also cheated on Beyonce multiple times by his own admission. He has even rapped about his violent ways before. I know this doesn't mean he did anything to this woman, but to pretend like he hasn't done anything criminal or is some upstanding citizen is just not true. Apparently this may have happened after the 2003 VMAs, which seems to align more with the celebrities the accuser said she saw and spoke to at the party (i.e., Good Charlotte band). She probably would’ve been 16 years old-which also makes sense because what 16 year old wouldn’t want to be at VMAs. It’s possible that a 16 year old could have a 20 year old female friend. But if this happened in 2003, Jay-Z and Diddy had separate after parties. If this is true then maybe she got Jay-Z confused with someone else-I mean she was not in the right state of mind. I think more information is needed like interviews with the gas station attendant and limo driver.

You may have yet to see the NBC interview with Jane Doe. In the interview, it was said that her father did not recall picking her up from the gas station she claimed she called him from. He further stated that he would have remembered that given its importance. If the father is saying it did not happen, then you asking where her parents were is irrelevant because it did not happen. This woman is clearly confused. Her story has a mountain of inconsistencies. Focus on the inconsistencies to determine a possible outcome for this case.

There was a video posted years ago of Jayz punching a woman aggressively in the 90s. It was all over youtube. Also Jay Z used to be a drug dealer and is known to have engaged in violent acts in his past. He stabbed a record producer, Lance Rivera, and shot his own brother. He also cheated on Beyonce multiple times by his own admission. He has even rapped about his violent ways before. I know this doesn't mean he did anything to this woman, but to pretend like he hasn't done anything criminal or is some upstanding citizen is just not true. Jay z tries to fake like he's this family man and wholesome but this guy is known for being ruthless in the industry.

The victim is telling the truth about the events and people present at the events. But the dates are wrong. All of the events described in her lawsuit happened in 2003 vma’s not 2000. (It’s the same night Diddy was filmed asking an 13 yr old girl to attend the after party).after 20 years she may have gotten the dates wrong, which happens often with minors who are abused/ trauma. Just had a thought about her story. How long does drugs (ghb) take to get out of someone’s system. I assume when she was 13 she was small and if it effected her that much to where she needed to find a place to lay down i would assume that it wouldn’t be out of her system when her dad came to pick her up or when she went to the gas station. No sure she would have the strength to run to the gas station with that in her system and I would assume someone would call the cops if she appeared like she was under the influence.

I personally don't know any 16-year-old or older (driving age)hanging out with 13yr olds much less drive them five hrs away. My two kids didn't hang out with much younger people either when they reached driving age. They definitely didn't feel comfortable driving five hrs or more til they were adults. The story is crazy. I had one cousin leave home to drive her sister to the next building, crazy. The same two cousins I was sitting in the room with one of them the other cousin is in another room on the same floor of a down stairs flat they are calling each other by two landline phones. Unbelievable normally I just talk to people back in the kitchen by raising my voice.
