As a fellow criminal defense lawyer I just want to thank Bruce on behalf of the entire criminal defense bar, for the amazing work he does, balancing the scales a little bit, and giving criminal lawyers a GOOD name. Thanks Bruce. Seriously. There are definitely some dirty, crooked, diabolical criminal defense attorneys out there, but A LOT of us are just like Bruce: we do our jobs to the best of our ability, but we still believe in integrity and morality.

It's very important that people understand that every defendant needs a proper defense. It's true of course defense attorneys are reviled in many ways. But people who understand the Constitution and the rights of the accused, recognize that you and your fellow defense attorneys provide an essential service in your commitment to requiring the prosecution to prove their case. Justice cannot be served without viewing both sides of the legal perspective. It may seem to some that people accused of particular crimes don't deserve defending. But they sure would be happy that our constitutional rights exist if they were falsely accused. 😊

What boggles my mind is how the parents of Usher or Justin Bieber never got the creeps when they were separated from their kid and couldn't check on them. A parent should be able to check on their minor kid anytime when they deem it necessary and should not hand over custody to a stranger. Usher saying "Hell no!" when he was asked whether his parents knew was such a huge red flag. He may not have been harmed but he didn't even see the inappropriateness in hindsight.

Money, fame, and the excitement of a giant dream coming true, along with the fear of doing something to upset the one person with the power to make or break you and your sons dreams along with whether your son works at subway for the next 29 years or becomes Justin F’in Bieber where every single member of your family now can retire tomorrow along with the next 4 generations of your family prior to ever having to work a day in their lives. All of this combined and thrown at a single mother, who’s at the poverty line, working 50+ hours a week, JUST to have enough food and a leaky roof to be able to make it to next week just so you can work another 50+ hours all over again, it causes the mom to get tunnel vision along with the fact that Diddy is globally famous and is direct acquaintances with not only the Duke of Sussex and the Royal Family but also the F’ING president of the United States!!!! So it’s very very very easy to ignore any red flags, which might have not even been seen, when you combine the background check by association and Diddy’s agility to allow your son to retire your whole entire blood line.

If you sincerely mean that, than you would not allow the criminals to interact with them in the first place...which is within the social media thru cellphones, etc. I feel that the majority of parents have become weak within raising their children and teenagers. A narcissist will always gaslight the victims. True story
@StallionStudios12347 ай бұрын
Its all about projecting the blame onto their victims and make them feel they are in the wrong. Had a tenant that was like that. Nothing was ever his fault blaming others for constantly losing jobs or not paying the rent. He fell a couple months behind and when he realized I was going to kick him out he bailed which honestly was a relief. I did not want to have to live with him any longer constantly gaslighting situations into his favour. Sure I lost some money but was glad he was gone. He had the "whole world is against me" attitude. Learned a valuable lesson and will live with someone like that ever again. No thanks. I like peace in my life. Had a girlfriend that was like that as well and was a serial cheater. She even tried to say it was my fault that she cheated because I was away visiting family for a week. I did dump her at that point but made the mistake have trying friends with benefits. She was expecting everything to be the same but now she can screw who she wants and still expects me to do BF things. That drove me nuts and brought my anger out. After an incident where I blew up at her place I got her out of my life. She still tried to seduce me but I was not interested and relived I was away from her and her money grubbing mother. I also enjoy Legal Eagle but Bruce obviously is focused on criminal law while Legal Eagle mainly focuses on more general topics and heavy on litigation. .

I’m currently taking a business law class and we learned about long run profit maximization. We talked about how “short run” profits, like selling a widget when you know it’s defective for profit, will affect your “long run” profits in the end via lawsuits, bad press, etc. I say all this because it’s kind of cool that a universal law seems to be in place when you do something so short sided it always ends up hurting you X times worse in the long run.

My absolute favourite podcast Bruce. You lay it out so it’s easy to understand the details of these allegations. You’re the best! 💯👍🏻🇨🇦

During my American Law Masters at USF (Universtiy of San Francisco). It was discussed that for example if someone sues the City of New York they settle. Because if they settle 10 matters its financially expedient., and will cost the city much much less than going to trial.

Hope the trial went well, and your family is doing great. Keep doing what you’re doing good Sir. Love the content.

guess Luke 12:2-3 stands true: “for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. therefore, whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.”

You are so right, Bruce! What parents would let their child stay with someone who has such parties! I mean, even if they only knew about the drinking and such, that wouldn’t be something I’d have allowed for my kids…unfathomable.

I've been waiting for this video. So much has been put out by law and crime network with this lawyer and that lawyer reacting, but all very vague stuff. I really look forward to your analysis on these type of situations... because you don't sugar coat or pull any punches!

If this stuff doesn’t stick he’s really going to be a monster. There’s a video out there of R.Kelly with a bunch of people at a party and he’s saying its too late they should have got him 30 years ago and he was right because he beat the charges against him the first time and ended up violating all of those women. Sure he’s serving life now but at the expense of so many victims.

I think that’s what is going to happen to my ex. He has alot of people (including me) that have taken him to court. Mine was domestic violence. But he has prior assaults and assaults after me, and also theft…. Etc. He has gotten more powerful.., but now there’s a Rico case pending.. It’s a matter of time. But it’s been hell for me, and hell for others….and hell for the naive people he is currently abusing. It’s so sad how he can skirt around so many cases and mountains of evidence. Court is WILD. And some states do not look at priors AT ALL, …. So each case is like a clean slate. Really allows someone with a track record to repeat the same crap…but BETTER. Terrible. It creates monsters.

It’s disgusting! I 💯 believe him and others have gotten away with abuse of children and trafficking for years. And we wonder why these child stars grow up with so many issues, start being rebellious, getting arrested, use drugs, etc. they’re being abused!! Scarred for life in the name of entertainment/getting rich.

Ron Burkle is a long time business associate of the Diddler. Burkle is a billionaire. Burkle is friends with the Clintons and the owner of Soho House, which is a known front for high end call girls. They also allegedly supply Hollywood starlets to be yacht girls at Cannes. Meghan Markle and Harry were introduced by Burkle at Soho House, where he was a member and she was an employee…is the picture getting clearer?
