Many years ago my wife and I had a small walk-up restaurant and had the worst time making a decent onion ring batter. Vinegar was the missing link! But, we used buttermilk instead and it also worked! Love the sauce!!!

Hello Natasha. Sharky was not discrete at all dropping in with about 3.5 minutes left, right after you turned around with the rings. Nice to see David back to help out with the taste tests. Awesome Blossom Dipping Sauce Ingredients: 1/2 cup real mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup ketchup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp creamy horseradish, or hot sauce 1 tsp ground paprika 1/2 tsp fine sea salt Stir sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
