I love a low-fat, low sugar recipe. I have always searched for ways, and you have really done that. Your sense of humor is the best. Thank you - bought your cookbook this morning, I have made 3 recipes thus far and plan to make more. Getting all ingredients so I can do most anything. I already do much of what you suggest but you have great PRO tips, How often do you add to the cookbook? I dent' want to miss out on updates. Thanks again

@@RahulKamat this is essentially the same as the chicken tender recipe, but you put the chicken in a burger bun and called it a new recipe. not to mention all the baked oatmeal recipes you have done that are all very slight deviations of the same base recipe. i understand making these macro friendly recipes can have some overlap, but it just seems like you're milking the recipe ideas dry past the point of them being new recipes. I just see the channel going in this general trend, even if it is un-intentional. i like your personality and some of your recipes, but i dont like the way this channel has been going recently, samey recopies and questionable sponsorships.
