Did you guys tried to remove some sound from the microphone in post-prod ? I'm wearing a headphone and it's super weird . . .
@NinisCooking3 жыл бұрын
Yes indeed. I am still trying to enhance the quality of the audio because this kitchen makes a lot of echo. And as we just moved in here, I didn't have the time yet to do what I want to reduce it (i.e put foam on the walls), so I'm trying to make it as good as possible in post-prod as you noticed. But this is not my strongest skill, to work audio in post-prod... looks like I still have a lot to learn😅

I am sorry, but I changed from thumbs up to a thumbs down, because of all the sugar you used. Thai food, or any food, dont need that amount of sugar. It is only bad for people and make the dependent on it, fat and give diabetes.
@NinisCooking3 жыл бұрын
Hello Jonas, It is fine. But if 2 tablespoons of sugar are too much for your health, put it less or use stevia extract instead (It's good for a diabetic) or any kind of sugar that you prefer. Well, I kind of disagree that you said Thai food doesn't need that amount of sugar. I think it depends on the recipe you've learned, also your personal preference. Anyway, you can always adjust the taste by your health issue and by your liking, right?
@jonasjohnsson44293 жыл бұрын
@@NinisCooking 15 years ago I started to eat thai food. 13 years ago I had my first thai girlfriend and two years later my second thai girl friend. Both cooked very good food because they had both done it back in Thailand, and one of them was also a chef here in Sweden. They did not use any sugar in most of their food, if in any. When I watch other youtubers that cook thai food, most of them dont ad so much sugar in the food, because it is not necesary! In other countries food it is not added an amount of sugar, so why should it be needed in thai food? No, it is not needed! Maybe a tea spoon, but not table spoons....
