I think some pantry clean-out style videos would be helpful, a lot of us are being called upon not to leave our homes so some videos on how to mix and match what you have and stretch meals would be fun. Also, maybe a vegan "chick noodle soup" a few ways would also be comforting. I absolutely love that this episode was devoted to one comfort food 4 ways!

Can we see more “what I eat in a day” / meal prepping for losing weight and working out. I’m having a hard time going and staying plant based because I can’t figure out how to balance macros for weight loss / muscle gain / having enough calories / getting a good amount of protein without going crazy with legumes. Also, I don’t know if that makes sense, but it’s hard going vegan in a non- vegan house.

Not to advertise but chelseamaecullen on Instagram goes a lot into meal prepping and meals for weight loss. She targets her audience towards mom's but it'd applicable to all and she goes into a lot of science of macros and how to lose weight without counting calories! Highcarbhannah on KZbin/Instagram also has a huge success story on losing weight and has a LOT of what I eat in a day/week videos...hope this helps 😊

as a fellow plant based gym enthusiast, beans (any variety you want) are a godsend, if you like bread have seeded loaf for a few grams extra per slice. lentils are good too and potaotes dont slack either crazily nuts and that suck up ur calories bigtime as im sure u can agree. if U have got a bit of dolla available quorn is very low calorie and high protein!!

I'm coming back to sing the praises of the sweet potato cheese chili fries recipe from this video. I made it with my non-vegan roommate because we had those ingredients on hand. Let me tell you, both of us enjoyed every bite! This recipe did not disappoint. We also both felt full and didn't want to overeat, which is something I struggle with when food is extra delicious. That cashew cream on top was absolutely amazing with the other flavors of the dish. I didn't know chili could be so easy either. Thank you Saadia for sharing!

I used to stubbornly refuse to eat oven baked fries as I considered their fried counterparts as the superior fry. Of course with most food things, the more I ate them the better I liked them and nowadays I have more of these ones than the original greasy fried fries.

Likewise, you can make spirals of any of the vegetables above, and cook them the same way, and VOILA! curly fries!
