Love the idea of crispy rice but I think I will top it with a slice of salmon or tuna and drizzle a small amount of mayo sriracha sauce on top! Then dip in a touch of soy sauce with wasabi. Another wonderful video and it gives me ideas how to make it my own. Give Miku a cuddle and a kiss for me, she is so sweet!

maybe bcuz the cornstarch is being a shield blocking the oil heat so the rice inside is still white just a suggestion after deep frying why not trying to put in in an oven after u fry?
