How long will the dressing keep in the refrigerator? That seems like a great one to have on hand

The dressing can keep for a few weeks in an air tight container. Just shake it back up before using it. It's great on all kinds of veggies.

Why do you drain the oil into the little tinfoil cup you made?

@@DinnerandaSide Ah! Clever! My mom always saved an empty sauce or pickle jar and filled it with the oil. Once it was full, she threw the jar away. I just picked up on her method so I do the same.
