I work with Europeans, Asians, Hispanics and they all work long hour jobs or 2 jobs and save up to eventually buy property or start their business. Everyone can do the same but choose not to... lots of these places where people complain about jobs are small town which can blame their city/ state for not getting any type of business or incentives.

There was a time when a person of color, including Latino citizens, could earn a decent living as a dry waller, a mason, a land scaper, etc., but not anymore.
