It's crazy to me how people say watts are watts. But it seems to me that time trial watts are different than sprint watts and sprint watts are different than climbing watts. But they're all watts. Good job on knocking that out and experiencing that. Much respect 💯 Now let me go work on my little bit of watts!

Oh so the quads are not the primary movers any more with secondary being glutes hamstring and calves, the exact same muscles. Positioning and mobility is different but yeah same muscles @@nationsnumber1beast

@@3mac67 yeah I mean in tt there is so much that goes into it like wind tunnels helmets bikes wheels and I don’t have bad equipment by any means I just think that they are so dialed in the wind tunnel that the gap is even further after a distance so long
