Hi there, if you use thinner yarn and a smaller hook, this will give you a smaller flower, also if you use a shorter starting chain this will give you a smaller flower, thank you for watching

I just sat and made one while watching this, looking for simple ideas to teach my youth group of young ladies 14-18 yrs old. I think this is perfect and something they will use. I love the versatility of it too. Thanks so much! I have loved to crochet since I was a little girl, but I was always afraid to finish a project. This was one of the first things I have ever completed in 20 years of crocheting... pretty sad, I know, but I mean it to be a compliment, because you made it so accessible.

I absolutely LOVE your tutorials! My great grandmother taught me a few basic stitches when I was a child, but she passed away a few years ago and I don't have anyone else to teach me. Your videos are so easy to follow along with. Perfect for a beginner!! Thank you :)

I do LOVE your videos!! Crocheting anything besides a granny square has always intimidated me, and I simply can NOT read patterns that good. You are so patient and so thorough that I get it!!! and something else... my daughter was looking up projects and told me today she found the BEST tutor on here... and it was you!! Thank you so much for the time you spend making videos to help us!!! :)

I am SO EXCITED that I found your channel!!! I have been a "beginner" crochet for many many years, stick to simple things, but since I found our channel, I have started to make more fun creative things! Thanks SO much for taking the time to teach!

I like the reality of your instruction. Not every stitch is easy to get into or counting just right. I love that you make it work and move on instead of starting and stopping (while making excuses) like other tutorials.

I really loved the easy flower and headband ear warmer tutorials! I made them for my girls, son's girlfriend, and my niece for Christmas. They all turned out really cute! The best part besides learning for free is listening to your awesome accent. :] Thanks for taking all of your time to share the love of crochet with others. God bless!

I just made the rose from your tutorial and it was easy and turned out lovely for a project that I am doing. Thank you a bunch I just started crocheting now 7weeks ago, this was easy to follow and loved the fact that didn't have to count chains. I made it with red crochet thread at that. Thank you thank you will be doing lots more of these.

I made the shell beanie and this flower to go with it. It my first "major" project other than doing a simple single crochet scarf. I'm so proud of my work!! Thank you so much Clare! I would never be able to make what I have so far without you and your videos!! =)

@TIsbell68 Yep ! If you want to make it smaller then make a shorter chain :)
@CrochetwithClare13 жыл бұрын
@Yourdancechannal101 the number of chains doesn't matter. The length of the chains at the end is what's important. You need it to be roughly 60cm or 23" long
