Do you think this can be done with the stripes going down the fish rather than side to side?

I don’t think working in the round you can create the stripes in a different direction to be honest

I love this potholder & would love to make it for my friend whom I donated a kidney to. He is a captain of a fishing yacht. Unfortunately I do not have a computer or printer to print out the pattern, if I could even follow the pattern…😂, and when I tried to play the video on your site it won’t play right, just keeps buffering forever or jumping around. I wish you would do a complete video tutorial on KZbin, even if you had to do it in 2 or 3 parts?🙏🏼? Pretty please? I can follow along great with everything on your KZbin video, maybe just show what you left out? I know I’m asking a lot but maybe next time you plan on making one as a gift you can show whole video or just the part you left out & call it part 2???😁🙏🏼🫶🏻
