Hi Sirin, this effect reminds me of the Candlewick bedspreads we used to have when I was a little girl in a Wales. Thanks for the video; from Australia 🐨🐨🇦🇺

Lesley Oliver yes good memories indeed , I don’t suppose you would have the need for the old candle wick bedspreads now where you live , a lot warmer than uk 😊

Amanda H well we are having freaky weather at present. Last week it was high 30’s centigrade with overnight low of 33°, yet yesterday squally winds and only 18° so at present I have my winter clothes on and my shorts at the ready. 😢🙀 it’s all relevant.

Sorry I didn’t like your way as you work so very rapidly,you don’t show steps on camera regularly it’s very important as you’re talking to yourself knowing you did it before but it is so confusing for us to count after you or to find the spaces to work I had to repeat many many times to catch the correct place every time so I gave up I won’t do it .though it’s a nice pattern you made it hard to follow.
@diamondsandlipgloss7 ай бұрын
You sound as frustrated as I was following someone else's video...then I went for a walk, grabbed a snack, then kept trying and/or find another channel with better instructions. But trust me, this channel is one of the easier ones (although there are others that are more detailed and slower) I just gave this a shot for the 1st time today & I'm a beginner...if you or anybody else finds this helpful, try these steps: 1. go find her other video where she made a larger pink one (similar pattern)...she gives more detail (she said that in the beginning of this video, but it's easy to miss that part). 2. Slow the playback speed down....I have to alternate speeds since on some parts she moves faster. 3. I can only see which stitches she goes into when I a) enlarge my screen, b) watch one a tablet, laptop, or something with a larger screen than your phone 4. I watch her complete ONE step, then I pause the video and complete it (replay if I have to), then continue by completing one step at a time...that REALLY helps me not skip any small details. You'll feel so accomplished when you finally get it, so don't give up! Crocheting/Knitting is VERY healthy for our brains....statistics prove that . Well, I hope this helps someone because there are not a lot of tutorials for us beginners! 🤓
