What a pretty stitch. I can see this as a scarf in the same width as your sample, as well as a coverlet on a bed. Thank you for showing the slip stitch edge, too! Very helpful.

I'm currently working my way through all of your tutorials. They're so easy to follow. I've been crocheting since I was a young girl but have only ever done basic granny squares. I'm currently expanding my knowledge base of new stitches and am SO thankful I found your channel. :)

Thank you for always taking the time to state the U.S. equivalents. I've been crocheting for years, but imagine being a new crocheter, getting on KZbin, and not knowing there were differences between US and UK!

I saw a video where the woman was doing this stitch in single crochets. It looked nothing like this sprig stitch. Interesting

Is there a video on how to connect it to other squares? I've been trying to look 😅 but I haven't had any luck.

I use that stitch and put a post in between each one and then when I go back into my second row I go around the post so the post sticks out and it is a very lovely stitch to do it that way too much how I make some of my baby blankets

Love your videos they are so easy to follow. I have tried the sprig stitch but ended up with a circle instead of a square. What am I doing wrong?
@bellacococrochet4 жыл бұрын
Thank you, I'm glad you like my videos 😊 It sounds as though you could be missing a stitch at the end of the row so your piece is getting shorter and curving as you go along - are you keeping track of your stitch count and making sure to work into each one?
