I'm trying to cut my carbs, so cut out the bread and butter topping and instead use a couple of cups of mixed cheeses for the topping. (gotta watch those fats, carbs, & calories). lol

It should do fine with added ham. Just keep an eye on the cooking time the first time you try it. It may vary.
