Thank you for teaching me how to get the seeds. I love growing and collecting the seeds. I am now thinking of Color coding the flower also. Like my hyacinths I had red and whites. But I mixed them so restarting.

Thanks for sharing. I am always looking out for seeds in the garden. I also find that it always good to store in paper envelopes, label the seeds and variety and date the envelopes. I Like the idea of colour coding I must bear that in mind. Once again thanks for sharing.

I have learned that if you don't cut the bloom stalk they will typically repeat bloom for me. I live in USDA zone 6b.

@@redsoilgardener They are drought tolerant and their bulbs clump together. They do not spread by themselves. If they clump too much it the plant goes dormant. Every 5-10 years you have to dig them up and remove the clumping.
