Hey there Craig I wanted to say your vids are awesome and are getting better by the day. I also had an idea for a new series of videos: You could do a series of benchmark/Hero Wods (once a week?) and talk about strategy and hints afterwards. Then you could redo them after six months or a year to check your progress. What do you think about that? Love from Germany :)

Ha good wee video m8, also just started using my fitness pal app out of interest to see what I'm actually eating (seem to be under eating) also train at 6am which is a special ninja crossfit skill to regularly train at that time 😂 keep up the vids, subbed as well

These days i also fill my belly before sleeping and drink a coffee with some coconut fat and bcaa in the morning before working out. I feel much better than eating shortly before the workout...

I just started cross fit (my first week ) I'm 4'9 and 216 lbs i am trying to loose weight I'm on a 1200 calorie diet but I noticed after every workout I feel like throwing up.... if I ate 4000 calories I would just get bigger
