Loved everything you said, everything you cooked and everything you did. Even though this video is old I can still feel the positive vibes from you and the beautiful lady! Hey Craig! Can you post the macronutrient breakdown (percentages of protein, carb, and fat) from your day too? That's an important component of nutrition as well!

Really enjoyed this one! Been watching since Road to the Open and you keep getting better and better! Is this your daily routine? How did you decide on the 4k calorie mark? I am 220lbs (about 100kg) and am trying to get my nutrition worked out to up my performance.

Hey there Craig I wanted to say your vids are awesome and are getting better by the day. I also had an idea for a new series of videos: You could do a series of benchmark/Hero Wods (once a week?) and talk about strategy and hints afterwards. Then you could redo them after six months or a year to check your progress. What do you think about that? Love from Germany :)

Ha good wee video m8, also just started using my fitness pal app out of interest to see what I'm actually eating (seem to be under eating) also train at 6am which is a special ninja crossfit skill to regularly train at that time 😂 keep up the vids, subbed as well

helpful video. i train at 6.30 each morning and wanted to know how i should eat for those session. im going to make some changes over the next week and see how i perform. thanks craig

These days i also fill my belly before sleeping and drink a coffee with some coconut fat and bcaa in the morning before working out. I feel much better than eating shortly before the workout...

Harry.Ballard he's using My Fitness Pal. I use it too and it's a great app for keeping track of your macros.

A boiled sweet potato has a GL of 11, compared to a GL of 42 for a baked sweet potato.

How do you mix your protein with your oats and milk? When I do it the protein tends to stick together in clumps :/

I just started cross fit (my first week ) I'm 4'9 and 216 lbs i am trying to loose weight I'm on a 1200 calorie diet but I noticed after every workout I feel like throwing up.... if I ate 4000 calories I would just get bigger
