watching your videos made me realize that i'm drastically under eating I workout twice a day and on rare occasions 3 the most I would eat a day is 2 meals and sometimes 3 meals a day

This is really interesting thanks for putting it together. Quite different from some of the bodybuilder youtuber equivalents, which makes sense, and feels a lot more reasonable and do-able. What are your total macros for the day?

Great video. Find it hilarious the difference between morning Craig aka I am sure he doesn’t realise he is awake. And midday Craig aka ahh I awake this is awesome

How do you handle alcohol in your diet? I've found that not drinking alcohol for months, really improves my training results. But it's really hard sometimes to avoid alcohol since it's such a huge part of the culture and almost every social event I really like good wine or good beer. So how do you handle alcohol in your training and diet?
@mas94937 ай бұрын
He probably doesn't drink.. not a single drop.
@Asmodea017 ай бұрын
Just don´t drink - I´m saying this as a former pro athlete. I´ve never liked alkohol and in return, never had any problems at social events wehere drinking was encouraged. I still don´t drink till this day.

@itssquizie7 ай бұрын
@TeamRICHEY You really just try and bring Wada into your rebuttal? Many WR holders would laugh at that comment. You also can't bring WR numbers into argument because you came into the sport late. It's not like you are coming up from juniors. Your progression from covid on is beyond suspicious. Anyway good luck. Only the real ones know.

Just wondering why beef jerky and coco bars post workout instead of whey+milk and a banana for example?! What is the reason for choosing those ones instead?!
@TeamRICHEY7 ай бұрын
It’s a mixture of what I like to eat / calorie intake and mixing it up

@@TeamRICHEY ok cool! Thought the jerky could have been for salt intake reason post workout + protein and coco bars for fast absorbing sugars.. what is total daily calorie intake if i can ask? If you are tracking macros?!

I think your a great athlete in spite of your nutritionist.....all that cereal crap is just junk...why on earth a nutritionist would put that in your diet is nuts....anyway despite what I think of your diet you your smashing it Craig keep it up
@milandaalhuisen7 ай бұрын
why be on a diet you dont want to stick to if you can eat some junk, not everything in life has to be or ever will be perfect
@jonathanthomas31437 ай бұрын
I agree your quite right...very difficult sticking to the perfect diet..I was just surprised a dietician was advocating eating cereal and rice krispie bars on daily basis...especially knowing Craig's history with psoriasis...with highly processed foods being one of the drivers of this condition...
@PistonBroke47 ай бұрын
@@jonathanthomas3143big difference between a dietician and a nutritionist. A dietician requires actual qualifications, a nutritionist just needs to do it as a job, doesn't actually matter if you know anything or have any qualifications, anyone can be a nutritionist
@castawaychris25677 ай бұрын
@@PistonBroke4I'm not sure which country you are from or your laws. But where I'm from, a dietitian has a university degree and can prescribe a diet to people with acute sicknesses and pregnancies etc. A nutritionist has certificate level qualifications and can provide nutrition advice to general population. If you have no qualifications and try to practice and call yourself a nutritionist you can easily get sued. You legally can not call yourself a nutritionist without relevant qualifications.

Would you say the same to Matt Fraisure(spelling 😂) how chugged gator aid and snickers bars also if you look at the diets of most athletes they include this type of food remember there eating for performance not health. This is one of the reasons I think CrossFit needs to separate the sport and the health side of things and then the sport could bring in any sponsorships without much backlash from the health and fitness side of the community just look at the European weightlifting champs we’re sponsored by KFC
