These are American/CrossFit KB swings, it let’s you take a mini break while holding over your head where it stops having resistance if you keep your arms straight. It’s different than standard KB swings. I need to find world record for standard KB swings.

Sgt. Major Burkett...you sir are an inspiration! I'm so impressed!!! I know you are disappointed that you didn't do what you wanted to do that day, so you are more focused on what you didn't do. I hope you realize, however, folks like me watching, are BLOWN AWAY at what you DID do!! Thank you for your example of hard work, commitment, and especially for not giving up at the end when everything in you wanted to! You are strong and inspiring! Thank you for serving our country with that same spirit as well!

A great attempt! You know there are 1 and 2 hour marathons of 2 kbell clean and jerk @24kg. If you think this is impressive... which it is. My advice to this guy is to snatch 24kg for long sets to make his hands tougher and lean back more during the drop and extend his legs in his backswing a bit more. Sprinkle that in and he wont tear or burn out his quads... but hey who the f#$k am I 😊
@airplane33596 жыл бұрын
Needs to practice a little more on the shaft when he doesn't have the bell in his hand, will firm up the hands nicely for the next attempt.
