Road to the Games Episode 16.06: Ence / Bridges

On this episode of Road to the Games, watch Brooke Ence and Josh Bridges fight for a ticket to Carson, California, to compete on the big stage. In 2015, her rookie year at the Games, Ence finished 14th and picked up two event wins along the way, while Bridges failed to qualify out of last year’s California Regional, placing sixth.
This year’s regional presented a whole new challenge for both Ence and Bridges, and nothing was guaranteed as they competed against arguably the most competitive field in CrossFit.

Two months away ... Stepping in the home! There comes your partner in life, walking down the stairs ... and love provided for the dog exceeding the love provided for the housband ... one dry hug, with semi-pat on the shoulder ... sadness .... sometime things are taken for granted and we know the value of them when we loose them! but the sad thing is that it seems while being away, there was not much to miss ... this comes from self-involvement and being self-centered ...
