Crossing The Caspian Sea! - How To... (In only 93 hours 😂)

How to cross the Caspian Sea! If you’re doing the Mongol Rally or just overlanding in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan or Turkmenistan, then this video guide will show you just how long it takes to achieve this strange task!
Baku port is now Alat, Aktau is now Kurik if you’re sailing this route, but as far as we know Turkmenbashi is still the same transport hub as before!
How long does it take crossing the Caspian Sea with a car or bike? Luckily we didn’t have any stormy weather but overall it took just 24 hours of actual sailing… But it was the waiting, camping and sleeping in the port and the passing the time that made this such an interesting experience!
All opinions on the crossing are the speaker’s own and are just our experience of this particular crossing!
