Other viewers and I have asked this question several times, but we have never received an answer from you. What was the arrangement that you have/had when you got the Black Series trailer? Did you purchase it, or is/was it a loaner from a dealer or the manufacturer? I have this question because you made a number of renovations to the unit that would not have likely been done if you didn't own it or had otherwise gotten permission from the owner. Please respond to this question. Thank you!

North Carolina, especially the Piedmont (middle) and western side. Or, eastern Tennessee, currently a booming area but still affordable. We live on the Plateau and have temps in the 80s in summer. Been smuggy the last week or so, but that won't last long. Then we get a lonnnng fall and relatively mild (maybe one or two snows) winter before March brings spring. We have 30 years in this part of the country to testify to the life. Tennessee is redder than North Carolina, but not as red as Texas.

Here in the UK spam is a very much a food of a certain generation. My suspicion is it was introduced here during the food shortages and rationing of WW2 and rationing remained until long after the war. It was very much a staple food of old people, though many of that generation are dying off now. Weirdly, I never really thought of it as a food from the US.

Interesting episode. I like to speculate about where I would live in the US if I was a young man again. Colorado is right up there, the landscape - particularly the mountains, the seasons, the proximity to interesting states like Arizona, Utah, Nevada and so on. The southern states are characterful but they're also hot and getting hotter! On a different note, Spam is great when fried and a good alternative to bacon when you're on the road or when your fridge breaks down. Cheers!

You should really look at Eastern Kentucky/Appalachia/West Virgina or Northeastern Washington/Southwest Oregon if you like nature and cool old houses to fix up. Honestly, I'd avoid the Southern states if you want a place to live at for years, as the temps are just gonna keep on rising. I couldn't imagine trying to fix up a house in 90 degree heat + insane humidity. Seriously though, check out KY/WV in the upcoming months as it's not too far from where you guys are at. You can find some amazing houses built in the 1800s that would be a fun challenge to restore for dirt cheap.

Great video, your adventures are in progress, ours are winding down... We have traveled and camped when possible all our lives. We have been to every state in a lifetime, but already live in western Tennessee, which like Missouri is a great central location for travel in all directions. However, based on land prices, cost of living, and beauty, north Arkansas is also central and may compete for one of the most beautiful areas anywhere, with crystal clear rivers and lakes, and the Ozark Mountains. We bought a waterfront lot on Greer's Ferry Lake before having a family, but sold it for a huge profit after the kids came along. We've regretted that decision ever since...
