Until the second coming, he will bring her back with him for all the world to see! He will reveal her at that time! No one knows who she is, only her!!! He says may the grace of the Lord be with all men! Meaning she is on the earth. Then he says that when I come back my reward will be with me, meaning she has already ascended into heaven and soon after when he comes back for the second coming that she will be with him, the mystery of the Lord will be revealed!

There is the Spiritual bride and the physical bride. The spiritual bride is the body of Christ that comprises all saints of all time of Jew and gentile both. The physical bride comes out of the body. All saints are glorified spiritually in one with Christ in the first resurrection ( revelation). We see two resurrections prophesied in revelation and Daniel: one to everlasting life and one to everlasting contempt. The physical bride too is glorified spiritually in Christ in the first resurrection. But no scripture will return to God void. Therefore the passage of "he shall leave father and mother and cleave unto His wife and become ONE FLESH," also has to be fulfilled. This is fulfilled by the physical bride. This is the revelation 12 and Proverbs 8 woman.

Bible says perfect love casts out fear. If someone is afraid of God (not same as being in awe of God) they should spend time trying to see the love He has through Christ. The actions of Christ display a love that casts out fear of punishment because He bore our punishment. I think of it like a woman being scared of her husband- if I was afraid of Him I could still be married but may not want to be close or intimate. Fear of punishment or abuse isn’t God’s ways. To break off the “fear lens” we need to get a new perspective of Him... and through the actions of Christ we get that clear perspective. He is merciful and we don’t have to fear anymore because the blood of Jesus speaks for us on the mercy seat....

Hi Pushda, thanks for the comment. We always have to consider multiple verses in order to understand a topic and not draw conclusion from one single verse. Spirit = Holy Spirit ( who is on the earth in the believers) + Bride ( The believers who have the Holy Spirit). Both ask Jesus to come. In the next verse it says that "someone" offer water of life for free. If we read other bible passage you will see that only Jesus/ God can do this. Not the bride. Hope this helps! God bless.

Ok now this goes very much into detail, but basically this chapter explains the difference between law (Israel) and grace (Church). The Galatians had fallen back from Grace in to Law. Israel is the earthly bride while the church is heavenly (Phil 3:20). Many are the children of the desolate (the New Testament Church made up in the greater part from the Gentiles, who once had not the promise, and so was destitute of God as her husband), more than of her which hath an (Greek, 'THE') husband (the Jewish Church having GOD for her husband, Isa 54:5 Jer 2:2 )." Numerous as were the children of the legal covenant (Israel), those of the Gospel (Church) are more so. The force of the Greek article is, "Her who has THE husband of which the other is destitute." There is One, it is broken into two, a part gets shattered and scattered, but in the fulness of time all parts are regathered and made One or echad again Adam and Eve were one before sin broke them, shattered the world and scattered people into a hostile environment, and yet they were One flesh Israel was chosen and in a marriage covenant with God but it broke into 2 kingdoms which were shattered and scattered but they will be regathered into One again Christ broke the bread and one he took but the other was torn and given to the others to share and yet it symbolizes being One body This is a love pattern of lostness and restoration

Here’s something that might give some clarity. First, I am not the bride (the whole church is). I’d say there are 2 views, from a human point of view, we are the bride (we’re not the wife yet) but from a spiritual perspective, we are already in heaven, married to Christ. It’s a little bit like Paul's teaching that we are "alive and dead". In Romans, we see humans as living in sin (human point of view) so they need to die. In Ephesians, humans are seen as dead to sin (heavenly perspective) so they need to now live for the Lord … If you really want to get to the bottom of this, take the whole new testament and check every time the words bride and wife are mentioned in Greek and see if you can find an explanation.

Christ, the Bridegroom, has sacrificially and lovingly chosen the church to be His bride (Ephesians 5:25-27). Just as there was a betrothal period in biblical times during which the bride and groom were separated until the wedding, so is the bride of Christ separate from her Bridegroom during the church age. Her responsibility during the betrothal period is to be faithful to Him (2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:24). At the rapture, the church will be united with the Bridegroom and the official “wedding ceremony” will take place and, with it, the eternal union of Christ and His bride will be actualized (Revelation 19:7-9; 21:1-2). Believers in Jesus Christ are the bride of Christ, and we wait with great anticipation for the day when we will be united with our Bridegroom. Until then, we remain faithful to Him and say with all the redeemed of the Lord, “Come, Lord Jesus!” (Revelation 22:20).

Hi my friend - "we" this is the Church. "Jesus" is the resurrected Christ. So yes in a spiritual sense this will be the case. But not in a carnal way. i.ex. like two musician melt together when playing together. Ephesians 31 FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND SHALL BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH. 32 This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.

@macbeth5514: scripture speaks about two resurrections in revelation and in Daniel: one to everlasting life and one to everlasting contempt. All saints go into the first resurrection because if not, you'd receive the second death. Saints are glorified spiritually one in Christ in the first resurrection. There is a spiritual bride, which is the body of Christ.. comprised of all saints of past, present and future of Jew and gentile. We are are glorified one spiritually in Christ in that first resurrection. There's a physical bride that comes out of the body that fulfills the revelation 12, Psalm 45, and Proverbs 8 woman. The one woman Bride. Because all scripture has to be fulfilled and no scripture returns to God void, the passage "he shall leave father and mother and cleave unto His wife and they shall become ONE FLESH," also has to be fulfilled. This is where the physical bride comes in. The Lord truly has a Wife.

From the fire I saw one of Jesus eye emerge. As it came closer to me, I could feel the warmth of the fire, and I saw a lion with a crown of fire, the crown was brilliant as a diamond, engulfed in the flames of that non-consuming fire,. The image came closer for me to see there was a city within the walls of the crown the lion had on His head. The city was white and there were two cherubs surrounding it with their wings, as if it was a shield. I saw Satan’s deception on the world, but I also saw his destruction. He did not have any power. He was subject to Jesus’ Kingdom Authority. The world has nothing to offer. Christ my hope of glory says “ Come” and He extended His right hand to welcome me into His House.
