Crossrope Get Lean and Get Strong set Review

This is my reivew after 6 months of using the Get Lean set as well as about a 2 month period with the get strong set of Crossropes.

Very nice review! Nice skills with the 2 lb :D If I were you, I'd downsize to size medium and bring your hands closer to your hips, would be a more effective setup. I'm 6'4 and use large as well, medium is just borderline for me, I can use it, but if I make a single error I trip up, so large is nicer for me. when I use large I can have my hands closer than yours, that's why I feel like medium is a nice size for you. can tie a not in your large and see :) no form critiique here by the way, just something to think about if you haven't. having hinds wider / closer is personal preference, but closer position and shorter rope is just more effective and feels better with the heavy ropes especially
