Which headphone you can recommend, i want a step up than hd650. Sennheiser hd 650 VS is my favorite headphones... Warm natural tonality and timbres.... Vocals amazing. Many planars have more resolution, but haven't something magic in sound... I like avantone planar pro too, it's better than hd650 in terms of resolution, soundstage, openes, but where is a bass? Slam, impact? I wannA avantone planar with hd650 bass))

I would love to know how this compares to CZ-1 and what is the difference in the tech between the two.

The sound is smoother, wamer, bassier, more punchy and more forward than CZ-1. CZ-1 sounds more natural, neutral and cleaner overall.

@@AudiophileHeaven CZ-1 can be extremely bassy. Even to a level when I hold earcups with both hands and tilt them a bit outside to not make them seal the head. It depends on an amplifier and music. This happens somethimes on my main audio chain where I have 12W high end amp, but I also have cheaper amp/dac which fits CZ-1 much more and everything is balanced better. Theese headphones are a bit pain in the ash to find perfect match for them. Then also take over 100hours to burn in and then sound extremely different. Stock cable is also very limiting for theese headphones. I can recommend Forza Noir Hybrid. I am very curious about CZ-8a. I never heard any of theese versions.
