Lidia! I love your teaching and recipes. I live and work in Kansas City and one time for my birthday I got everyone from my work (it just happens they are all men) to come to Lidia's KC with me. I have been there many times since then. I even have caught myself saying "just like that!" You are such a blessing to me.

Looks so delicious! For me, I would leave the raisins out. Yuck. Any replacements for raisins?
