Made the night before. Woke up to set out of fridge about two hours before baking. Took 30 minutes and were FANTASTIC!!! Toasted my pecans which added a little extra pop 👍🏼

This is the first time I made the cinnamon rolls but I succeeded and many ask for the recipe and I share your KZbin. I like your steps explanation and actually I went further by reading your other recipes and learned from them too. Just one point for the added butter to the flat dough could you add it to the ingredient do you mean 5 TBS + 5 TBS? So the total butter is 5+5+ 6+5? Butter is healthier than other unknown oils like in the shops.

I was looking for a recipe for pecan rolls and came across this video yesterday. I had to make a coffee cake for a women's group at the restaurant where I cook. I doubled the recipe and made enough for the other cooks, and waitresses too. It was a hit. Everybody loved them. There was none left when I went home earlier today. I wanted to cook that caramel sauce longer, but I remembered your warning. It turned out excellent.

I had to come and watch. I use to make these when I was 17 at a restaurant I worked at. I loved them, I think I gained 20 pounds while I worked there, LOL. The centers of them are so soft and good! Made them just like you did too. Nice job, I can smell them right now. I made 60 every weekend morning. Still went to school, I was just filling in for the regular guy. I liked the job, but hated the hours. A Baker's hours are terrible!!

I used a SHARP SERRATED knife and SAWED slowly to cut the dough and it turned out beautifully. (just in case you don't have thread and don't want to mess with that technique) I have made these many times and absolutely LOVE them. Just like Cinnebon.

I inadvertently left out sugar, except for a couple of spoonfuls for the yeast. I Realized it while the dough was proofing. I thought about throwing it out , but decided to add a little more brown sugar to the filling to compensate. OMG! These sticky buns were the bomb. So good, so perfect-- thanks for the recipe.

I made these this morning and they were good. I would suggest that people place something underneath the pan in case the sauce runs over like mine did! Maybe I let them rise too much before baking? I should have heeded your warning about letting them get relatively dark to make sure they are done because the middle ones in the pan were still doughy. For all my complaining and problems, following your directions was easy and I enjoyed making them. Next time will be perfect now that I’ve figured out how to improve my skills. Thanks for a great recipe!

I made these tonight. First time I have ever baked from scratch. 1/4th of my dough was not salvageable but I did manage to get 11 rolls out of it and it was delicious. Not sure if I didn’t have enough flour or what happened but you are right about rolling up part, I will probably never do this again but glad I tried.

These pecan rolls look absolutely delicious! I will definitely make them after the holidays. Amazon has several brands of Saigon cinnamon and one of them was Kirklands, which is a Costco. But I bought a different brand. Thank you very much for sharing your amazing recipes.
