I've been having a lot of dreams lately that elicit a range of emotions. And so doing this longer yoga nidra before getting up today, I did encounter some uncomfortable emotions which is not something that happens to me when I do yoga nidra. I don't see that as a bad thing, just different. Nevertheless, thank you for your guidance in this practice 🙏🏽

I don't handle these emotions quite as well through the hustle and bustle of interacting with the social world and I still carry memories of many difficult things that have happened in my past. I will keep practicing though and hope that it will prepare me for moments when I'm not feeling as safe.

This was wonderful, the unfolding and more unfolding and more unfolding in the crown chakra. This is the beyond in yoga nidra and beyond. It is so wonderful to experience this in the physical form, and comforting to know as an old person that this vehicle of transformation is parked in the garage ready to go when it is time to leave this world.
