Amber Richard Agreed. CTE was the 2nd metalcore band I started listening to(1st was Beartooth if anybody is curious) and was my favorite member of CTE and one of my fav screamers in the genre. I'm curious as to where CTE will go from here, maybe Andy will take up more screaming?? But we'll have to see. And, I will definitely follow Dave to wherever he goes(hopefully he goes somewhere to continue making music). Maybe he'll go to OM&M, they just lost their screamer, but I don't think they're looking for anybody new, I believe Austin said they were stayingg as 4 :( A man can dream

Oh man this brings it back a few years. I'm 18 now, but this song makes me feel old as fuck. I listened to this about 3-4 years ago, around the time I hopped into a new friend group. The group was a big fan of music like this, and while I never understood or could understand the lyrics because my infant ears couldn't comprehend anything that wasnt clear English, I still liked the drums and instruments. The friend group was full of depressed individuals who hated a bunch of shit with weird ideals, and I ditched them a few months later, at least 6 months later. This song and "My Heroine" by Silverstein were thrown out the front door with them, and I've had those 2 songs faintly ringing in my ears ever since. Reminiscing is a big part of growing up; both the good and bad can be reminisced, and while I mainly focus on the good, I dabble in the bad every once in a while to remind myself what I should steer clear from. For those of you who are in bad situations, get out of them before it's too late or they get worse. Think about your life after you get out, and compare it to how it was. Itll remind you that the life you were living wasnt healthy.

Daniel Gonzalez Wouldn't have ever called myself a scene kid, but still love this band. I discovered them browsing you tube and i liked the theatrics in there videos and sound. The sound is creative and that's what attracts me, as long as heart is put into it, ill listen to just about any music. I don't even think cliches like scene, prep, emo, goth, jock, ect really mean anything. People should be themselves and try not to latch onto a label.

Stupid question, but can somebody tell me how Andy keeps his mask on properly? I can see a bit of string on his mask going round his head but it doesn't connect to anywhere else. They're touring England soon so I'm hoping to make my own Andy/David masks so if they perform The Fallout (which I'm sure they will) me and my friend can start a wall of death like in the video :)

You can also bring some glue with you (like eyelash glue) but then you couldn't get them on quickly. It's a great idea! I hope it works!

It's really bothersome when people compare genres. You should have a broad taste in music, who cares if they switch it up or mix two sounds together. It's music nonetheless and it sounds good. I used to be anti-pop too when I was 12, but then I grew up and had an appreciation for all music. I suggest the same for the ones complaining "this is pop, blah blah blah."
