@Amtcboy I hate how a lot of people make it sound like black men don't even want to be Father's. A lot of times it's because they have very spiteful evil baby moms. I'm half native and half Polish. Even though I had to deal with that crap with my son. Thankfully I got his spiteful evil mom out of the picture. No matter what it takes seeing a father spending good quality time with their children is the most important thing ever. This is how we build a foundation to make the next-generation even better. Something as simple as getting into RC drag racing or whatever you want to do whether it's horseback riding, going fishing and camping so many different things and so many different Hobbies build a strong foundation between the parent and the child and gives them a sense of Pride and responsibility that helped Elevate them through life.

Sadly, I think nitro is pretty much dying vs electric.. I've legitimately been flying and driving r/c everything for the most part of 42 years (I'm 50).. The smell of burned notro will always put a smile on my face.. However, even being around seriously with r/c helis and "big birds" in the early to mid 2000's, when 72 Mhz znd 35 literally disappeard and electric helis were once just a personal hobby for a few.. Nothing can compare to the output an electric motor with a good "batter" can achieve.. Its probably just a matter of time until the batteries give way to Top Fuel NHORA record sweeps..

What are the rules around engine size and modifications? You could go wild with it and have a bunch of fun doing so. I imagine there’s some rules, although electric one was in the middle of gas ones I think. Have to say, gas ones seem more alive than electric. Not hating, but if I was into this I’d go gas for sure.
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
There are all kinds of rules depending on class. Just like full size NHRA. For instance the 1/4 scale outlaw class engine size max is 34cc. Extreme class is any size engine and can use NOS if you want. Anything goes in that class.

I own a small engine equipment shop in California, I will no longer be able to buy any small engines 4 sale below 725cc (25hp). Per California AB 1346. Google it. They are coming for our fun in America. Choose wisely when you vote...you get a thumbs up from me. Bad ass sport

Unfortunately I've been following that closely and am upset with what has been happening in Cali with small engines. I'm not sure what I would do if same happened here. 🤔 Would I get an electric dragster or make a 725cc one??? I think I would go for the 725cc😂

The boys are serious. Wicked. Had no clue this sport existed. Gotta share this one with the bpys

Very cool to watch. Controlling these cars looks very difficult. What I want to know is what's the official length of the track and was some prep applied to the track for extra traction?
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
This track is 132' and was prepped similar to an NHRA track. Rubber was applied, tires dragged, and chemical track bite was sprayed for multiple days. Thanks for watching!

@@CrucialRC 132'.......is that scale to the cars same as 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile??
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
@@Paufit 132' is 1/5 scale of an 1/8 mile track.
@Paufit11 ай бұрын
@@CrucialRC so the cars I see in video are all 1/5 scale ?
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
@@Paufit no there are all scales in this video. 1/10, 1/8, 1/5, and 1/4. 1/4 mile is 1320' and 1/8 mile is 660'. You can make a variance for 132' from all of those scales. Another example is 132' is 1/10 1/4 mile(1320'). So the 10th scales are running equivalent to 1/4 mile.

I’ll be honest I don’t recall seeing good RC drag racing in a while this is freaking awesome! Stuff like 15:30 is wicked!

Thanks for stopping by. Hopefully you will be back for the head to head race video coming soon🙏🏽
@jpjay158411 ай бұрын
was that the fastest?? and are they all in different categories?
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
This video is only qualifier races. People are not always going their fastest. It's all about getting a time for the next days ladder head to head races. Yes there are approximately 8 different classes.
@HarmonRAB-hp4nk7 ай бұрын
electric are much faster considering they have almoast an unlimited supply of torque.. gas engines tend to spin because they have to be at 2000 rpm to develope any torque :-(
@CrucialRC7 ай бұрын
Sounds about right. Nothing like that snap crackle and pop gas gives you tho. Thanks for commenting!

Yep, as the old saying goes the only difference between men and boys are the price of their toys. Anything that says RC means it is a very expensive hobby especially the RC Aircraft. 👍

IDK why ppl aren't converting the mini V8 or mini v12 engine's for drag car's and RC cars.

Too expensive and I believe 2 stroke is more power output size for size.

This is my first time seeing this event and it looks so much like the best time ever a guy can have! Can the lanes be a bit longer perhaps?
@CrucialRC11 ай бұрын
Thanks for tuning in. Depending on the area the track can be 132, 165, or 330 feet. This event is a sanctioned IMDRA event and most of their races are 132'.

Dude, I am beyond a beginner!! I've never owned an rc car in my life yet. #2- I'm on the other side of the continent. I'll keep watching for certain. One part which really moved me was the father and son team...they win every race for me just for showing up together and enjoying the same activity.@@133levi

Track lengths vary depending on what event you're going to for example, IMDRA events are 132 feet, BROOKLYN, large scale, and angry great events are 165 feet, St. Louis STL drag racing is 330 feet each track requires different set ups for your car

That was really cool! So no one is doing great with the battery cars in rc drag racing? Though their where more powerful then nitro? Note hating here..👌👍👊❤️

Yes there is one guy named Ken that has an extremely fast electric dragster. I don't think I was able to record his pass because I was busy getting ready for my Qualifier pass. Keep in mind this was only a qualifier video. The head to head is still to come.
