So for anyone still having problems, you have to launch the game in 3.2.1 before going through this process.If you're missing files then steam doesn't add them until the game launches.

For those people who still wants play this game but I understand my steps or instructions may not very accurate keep in mind I made this video 2 years ago xD just because i love the game but the price was and is too much. Well you can download all the file from the Mega Link or just use the activator( Wich you may not found in other place) and follow instructions from another person. I don't mind at all just enjoy this great game (the files are safe whit no virus or any other treat if you use mine.if you used from another place I no guarantee they be safe)

2024 Update: 1. Download a zipped file from the link in the description. 2. Unzip the file somewhere on your computer AND MOVE THE ACTIVATOR out of the dlc folder to the Ck2 DLC 64bits folder (two files in the whole folder) 3. Change the version of your Ck2 to a non-64bit older version 4. Copy the content of the Ck2 DLC 64bits + Activator into the main Ck2 folder (IMPORTANT DO NOT OVERWRITE EXISTING FILES) 5. Run the Activator.exe as admin 6. Run Ck2.exe to verify all DLC unlocked 7. Change version of Ck2 to NONE

This is how i made it work i went to beta and changed into 3.2.1 64 bit after that i downloaded this guys folder and pasted it remember that his folder theres a dlc activator put that file in the main file on the game not the DLC Folder after that run the DLC Activator as an admin it will show a black screen and thats okay run the game to make sure then you can continue on what he did on the video chaging beta to NONE and running it. this video is a gift to all of us who doesnt have the capability of having a legit version of these dlc what an amazing work thanks to the owner and creator of the video!! - yours truly guy from 2023/11/27

the activator is inside the "dlc" folder when in the tutorial it's opened inside "crusader kings 2". i moved it as with the tutorial so anyone facing a problem with the activator should try moving it.

[Update 2025] Still work pretty easy, you move everything into the files of CK2 steams, turn the versions to the beta 3.2.1 then run de DLC Activator as Admin then you switch the version back to no beta and you got every DLC

What is Lua5.1.dll? Lua5.1.dll a DLL (Dynamic Link Library) file which is referred to essential system files of the Windows OS. It usually contains a set of procedures and driver functions, which may be applied by Windows. That means your missing those files you can google it if yout not sure how to procede and you can find people more knowledgeable.

You can cut out a handful of these steps by just downloading the folder in this description, and creamapi. so long as you have the the DLC folder and activator in the right area (as shown in the video) and you've done the right (easy) things in creamapi it worked for me.

Make sure you are in the non 64bit version of 3.2.1 and you need to download the dlc folder from my mega link, because those file are patched to 64bit, some times if you have the game in other "local disk" installed like E: F: etc.. you need to move the installation folder to C: or D:
