That crusade at 2:39:00 was a classic crusade. Sort of barely paying attention, showing up at random times and not capturing any objectives and effectively nothing in the long term.

Great to watch from the other perspectives, really good idea to play as allies and all get the kingship courts to show off the new content. Played a quick 100 stat man last night to try out the new content and enjoyed it. Looking forward to starting an Ironman campaign tonight

it is really good...started as custom character in Island age 0 in ironman....just formed Kingdom of Mann but they raised living legend to 15000....it took me one whole life just to get viking and living legend....but I finally got my court....raiding artifacts is too good but now owners can declare war for their stuff....

Time to reopen CK3. Once I became emperor it always felt like the Empire was a ticking time bomb before it exploded into civil wars every few years... might now have a bit of control over things.

i keep meaning to look at this game. i got quite into CK2 right before CK3 was announced so i stopped playing CK2 with the intention of waiting for CK3 and then didnt look at it... looks very interesting, perhaps too complicated though :S

In my experience CK3 is the least complicated Paradox game, it’s more roleplaying than grand strategy and you can usually play however you want. Even if you make mistakes and don’t do things optimally the emergent stories that you end up in keeps it going! Try it out on Xbox game pass if you’re unsure, it’s absolutely worth it

It can look complicated but once you get into it everything becomes much easier to understand I suggest you try it out I played a little bit of ck2 but I personally prefer ck3 the only issue was no new content but if the other dlcs are anything like royal courts I think this is gonna be one of my favorite paradox games

If anything it has taken all mechanics almost from CK2 and made it more clear and gives you an easier overview! Also some really good QOL improvements since CK2 as well so I'd really recommend it if you enjoyed CK2!

Exploiting stats is easy... you just pick the best ones... ck3 unfortunately plays incredibly lax restrictions on character creation, and so players really have to limit the power of their character out of good-will and balance. Of course we have Spiff though so him just going as OP as possible is not surprising
