This game was way ahead of it's time. I remember one of my dads mates from Honk Kong bringing it over about 16 years ago (or something) and I installed it not expecting much from an older guy, I mean what would he know about games right? Well the intro blew me away then the game hooked me big time!! What a classic!!

I wish they’d remaster these and finish the trilogy. I bought this as part of a 3 pack Origin games bundle. It was the one game I wanted to play and my pc couldn’t run it haha! I think I had to wait a full year before I could. I could at least listen to this track while it installed, and it’s still one of the greatest video game tunes out there.

@mosquiton001 different games have such a comments that call for the old times to come back. Although I would agree with you, I think the problem isnt with modern games, they always find their own fans. The real problem is with us. We belong to different times. We grown up on such a games and got partly thrilled by the music as it was also in a front line of music culture - like the techno music genre that spiced some crusader songs... music was that different and so fresh.

@Ganmapache Bad point of the PlayStation version (and the Sega Saturn version, which is identical) is the lack of this awesome "The Traveler" music :( . The console version features the credits music for the main menu instead.

Old comment I know, but the PlayStation menu looped the music, as did each mission. You could exit to the menu or adjust the sound mid-game, and it would skip to the next track. My PC at the time wouldn't run this well, so I got the PlayStation version instead.

I made my character in Unfortunate Spacemen look as much like this character as I could. I try to kill all other players in Gamemode: Shapeshifter in the mindset that anyone working for the company needs to be stopped. It's fun. It pisses other players off though. I just figure I am closer to killing the monster one WEC member at a time. They may never understand.

@sunmaster24 Call of Duty really ain't good in Single Player. It feels too much like a rail shooter. I prefer to think of games like Frozen Synapse for good modern games. I also miss the old style of Death match where it wasn't just point at a guy quicker.
