@@khankake9576 nope, it’s not. Grand Finals in AFL are preceded by qualification finals, elimination, semi finals, preliminary finals then finally a Grand Final. In NRL, Finals, Semi Final, preliminary Final, Grand Final. Where as in Rugby and most other sports it’s quarter final, semi final, Final. It’s always been a Final. For instance, it’s not and never has been the World Cup Grand Final, no matter what sport it is because of the Finals system in place it’s the World Cup Final. So no, it’s not the same thing.
