WHAT DO YOU PEG YOUR BEADS WITH ?...GREAT VIDEO..THANKS FOR SHARING...YOU'VE GOT ME PUMPED UP FOR FALL..
@NickWetzel2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching!! I’m stoked for this fall! Already landed a couple fish near the mouths of the tribs! For pegging, I personally use “Troutbeads Peggz”. Quite a few come in one pack, and if you cut them all in half, you can peg twice as many beads out of them. “Top Brass Peg-It” and “Raven Bead pegs” both work fine as well. Hope that helps!

OK COOL..THANKS FOR RESPONDING..I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.. OH ARE YOU USING SOFT OR HARD BEADS..NEVER REALLY USED EITHER.
@NickWetzel2 жыл бұрын
@@Bsmccurdy73 Of course! I try my best to reply to everyone! Typically, I almost always run hard beads. I have had success with soft beads in the past, but they are far less durable and tend to rip off after a few fish. I usually run 8lb tippet, so my rigs stay good for quite a few fish and I’d rather spend more time fishing and less time rigging👍🏻 I also run a lot of McFly Foam eggs if the fishing is really hot because they are faster to tie on than rigging a bead.

@@NickWetzel I've been cutting my pegs in half for a long time now. Gives double the pegs and a whole peg isn't needed anyhow.
