great video as always but one feedback i'd give is that sometimes multiple cuts in rapid succession such as at the start of the video can be pretty jarring, i think most people would be willing to wait 4 seconds for the opponent to make his first move. If you need to cut perhaps it would be better to cut to a few seconds before the explanation/talking/sounds start so its less jarring. Other than that this was one of the best speedrun vidoes and i hope we get more such games in the future

As a KID and Caro-Kann player I tried the Gurgenidze at a 1500-1600 level and found that it brings to super interesting games and positions, but you really have to understand the idea behind it, which I didn't find so easy. It's similar to the Du Chattel "universal system" playable with white as well. Maybe Danya you could talk about his system sometimes? I would love to know your opinion. There is also a GM called Duncan Suttles who played with this unique style.

Good video on how to crush… 5.e5. Seems Black should instead keep center closed with 5.f6, and only then follow up with e5, constructing a center duo (just as often done against the f3 “fantasy variation” in the Caro-Kan defense). Granted White’s still better as has more space & King side attacking prospects with Qd2 or h4, but those attacks will take time which Black can use to develop sensibly.
