Totally understand not doing shows if you think the videos won’t get the views, BUT please consider maybe a season recap! After you watch a season, maybe just a sit down where you talk about your thoughts and favorite gag moments or anything like that and you can include clips while you’re talking and stuff. ❤️

@trustfratedinfires63252 ай бұрын
Toothless stayed with Hiccup on his own terms. That line where Astrid said "you've tried this once before but he didn't want it" was because pretty much right after movie one Hiccup got made a tale for Hiccup because he felt bad that he couldn't fly on his own. Toothless received the tale and took off and came back a few days later. Turns out he was just searching for an item Hiccup had lost earlier and was looking for it all that time. When he came back it was to give it to him. The next morning Hiccup saw toothless had his old saddle out. Hiccup was confused and was like "you can fly on your own now." Toothless looked Hiccup directly in his eyes while he smashed the new tale and dragged the old tale infront of him and looked at him with puppy dog eyes. Pretty much saying I don't want to fly if it's not with you. Toothless truly enjoyed Hiccup's company and when he left, it was on his terms even though it was a mutual decision because of the humans being a threat.

as a person who watched the movies and even the shows growing up and dragons were a big part of my personality as a kid, seeing them have to say goodbye to the dragons BROKE me in theaters 😭. I still cry every time I have to watch hiccup say goodbye to toothless. It is truly a bittersweet ending, because yes the dragons are doing better, but they cant be happy together yet. Thank you so much for the reaction to the series!

good to know you want to watch the tv show, some people doesn't even know that it exist, but it is definitely worth watching, the story is amazing, new characters are interesting, villains are well written (fun fact, fandom's favourite villain is from Race to the edge, and not the movies, and i 100% agree, many people also call the third movie villain a discount version of him lmao, but also when Hiccup said the line "we've dealt with this kind before" he was talking about him) first 2 seasons have 20 episodes each, and the old designes because events take place after first movie, Race to the edge has 6 seasons 13 episodes each, and you will notice how the animation improved, and designs looks pretty good and for some small details, look at Hiccup's fire sword, yes he made it, but the zippleback gas isn't his idea, and the shape of it is also not his idea, you will understand why he tried to talk with Drago which caused stoick's death, and one character kinda predicted it, and look again at Astrid's hair style from second movie, it's not her idea too dragons.. so many new crazy dragons, some are bigger some are smaller, but they are for sure creative and the best part, you will see most characters from a much better angle than in the movies, for example you will understand why snotlout acts like that, or you will see that twins are actually very smart, and finally the bond they have.. what can i say, series doesn't focus only on Hiccup or Astrid, but to all of them, they all care for each other so much, we don't see that in movies which is pretty sad maybe you won't upload your reaction, but let us know if you enjoy it oh gosh, i know this comment is long, but tbh i tried to make it as short as possible lmao

29:47 I love how the Berkians decorate their village with dragon-inspired themes once there aren't anymore real dragons crawling all over the place, to show their continuing love for dragons. Did you notice that at 30:00 Astrid's clasps have a design like Stormfly, and 30:01 Hiccup's have a design like Toothless?

I am 100% late to the party cuz I was on vacation so FIRST: thank you SO much for your reactions to this series! You have no idea how much I enjoyed rewatching these with you 😊💕. This trilogy is such a good story, so wholesome and (bitter)sweet. Like so many others, I was lucky enough to grow up with Hiccup, so I was already tearing up when Hiccup was willing to sacrifice himself to save Toothless, then I started crying when his hand left Toothless' head as he said goodbye, but then he said "There were dragons when I was a boy" and I LOST it. I bawled my eyes out for the rest of the movie and all through the credits LOOL. To this day, I can't watch the 3rd movie without crying 😭😭

Idk if anyone has said this, but Grimmel is actually the depiction of Hiccup is he had killed Toothless when he found him in the woods. Idk just a fun fact
@needyverse2 ай бұрын
By the way, the Light Fury isn't trying to trick or trap Toothless, she's just a wild dragon. The villain is using her as part of his plan because he knows that Night Furies mate for life, which makes Toothless easier to manipulate - he can use the Light Fury to always stop Toothless and make him follow, as shown in the climax of the film's plot. The female dragon isn't actively doing anything for him, if that makes sense? Like the villain hasn't communicated a plan to her, they don't understand each other and she isn't working for him. That's why she takes Toothless to the Hidden World, she's just in love with him and they were going to live there forever, together - she didn't lead him to the villain because that's not something she's thinking about at all. The Light Fury doesn't like Hiccup because she doesn't trust humans - after how she's been treated?! Wanted to say that so you don't think badly of her anymore

I love that you noticed how they referenced the "what are you going to do" "probably something stupid" lines, so I wanted to add that I believe- in the moment where Hiccup is saying goodbye to Toothless- the part where he puts his hand on Toothless' face is a reverse of when he first put his hand up to make contact with him in the og movie! Broke my heart in the best way when I noticed that.

Id love to see reactions to the shortfilms and tv shows!! Even if you dont wanna do full reactions to the shows you could do some kinda recap and talk about what you thought about each season!! The whole franchise in order -The first movie -Legend of the boneknapper (shortfilm) -Book of dragons (shortfilm.. well kinda) -gift of the nightfury (shortfilm) -riders of berk (TV show) -defenders of berk (tv show, Its basically the same as riders But it just changed the name halfway) -dawn of the dragon racers (shortfilm) -race to the edge (tv show, it was made after the second movie but it happens before it, Its literally so good like hsjsjkskalskkd) - the second movie -the third movie -homecoming (shortfilm)

I don't think you have mentioned it in these reactions (sorry if I missed it somehow), so just wanted to let you know - a live-action HTTYD movie is being made, and production just wrapped! The live-action is written, co-produced and directed by Dean DeBlois, who also wrote and directed the animated film trilogy. I'm staying hopeful that it won't be a mess!

Heeeyyyy boo. I dont know if you have ever seen Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame but I think you would love it. Just a suggestion of something amazing to watch. We also need more reactors to watch it honestly. Its severely underrated. I used to react to The Walking Dead and The 100. I know the grind. I may reboot my channel if i find something worth the effort to do all the work. Maybe squid game season two. Keep up the amazing work homie!

The funny thing about the Hunchback of Notre Dame my mom told me I loved this movie as a kid…..but I don’t remember anything from it at all lol so I could do a genuine reaction to it. So maybe after the next two months of heavy releases I’ll do it. And you shouuuuldd! House of the Dragon may be good for your channel also it premieres June 13 I think. This trilogy literally has the best ending I've ever seen. Even though it feels so sad, it's still so needed for them to live in peace. Also another interesting but dark touch to this movie, Grimmel is basically a physical representation of what Hiccup could have been if he'd gone the dragon-killing route! Which is so interesting. Just moved recently so I've been real stressed but watching youtube and reaction vids late at night have been keeping me sane. Keep doing what you're doing.

Luv Luv, Luv your movie reactions. You are the sweetest, most adorable soul, while keeping a smart, sharp wit. I look forward to seeing your notifications. I've loved your HTTTYD reactions, and just from all your commentary before, during, and after, you seemed so invested in this finale. I felt like this one was a bit different. I'm sorry to mention it, but I had a lot of trouble following what was happening and the context of your different reactions/expressions throughout, because the editing was kind of odd. Most of the film clips shown aren't longer than 3 or 4 seconds, before cutting away sharply to a long comment, or even just a long shot of your face (extremely lovely, for sure, but inserting a big close up when you're not actually reacting to anything was strange & made me wonder if I missed anything, though I was watching along?). Then sometimes you were the full frame of the shot, then it would go back to the film for 4 seconds, then you would be in a small box on one side or the other of the movie clip (which changed ratio/focus), then full frame you for 20 seconds, then 3 full frame seconds of movie, etc. The back and forth from film, back to you, back to film, back to you was so frequent and jumpy, that it was tiring out my eyes and a little seizure-triggering. I understand it's very tricky to avoid "claims," but I hope the relaxed, smooth, comfortable, yet professional style of your reactions doesn't change. Thank you so much for the hours of joy you've given everyone, including myself.♥

Thank you for this comment as I do take all critiques. I think for this reaction it was unique because the moments were you saw me not saying much was literally me watching the movie and not having much dialogue and I didn’t want to cut the scene completely. And on the other hand, I would have a couple of seems back to back that were atleast 4 seconds without my reaction but I didn’t want to over do it which is why you have a mixture of both. But thank you so much for this comment again as it does help me make better editing decisions 🫶🏾
