I started my Wayne Dyer journey in 2018. Part of the journey was meditating and only listening to this. 2 years on and I’m currently holding our week old daughter asleep with my wife next to me as I write this. Pure miracle after miracle. Don't over complicate this process. I didn't know that I was beautiful and I surely didn't feel beautiful but I wanted to. As I spoke (meditated), " I Am beautiful, I am" over and over everyday all through out the day I CONNECTED to " The Great I AM" which is God and was engulfed in His presence. I called that which did not exist into existence. GOD IS IN ME. I have come to learn that I am who God is; the higher me, the strong me, the confident me, the bold me, the creative me, the beautiful me is who God is. I've had to unlearn everything I was taught from fundamental religion as I embrace my new spiritual journey. If anyone can relate to this please reply.

This meditation guide works EXTREMELY WELL! Be careful of what you will during the meditation session and ensure you’re ready! Things will manifest And if you’re not ready you could really make a mess of things! I meditated to this faithfully and everything I wrote down came to pass! This is the only sound that help me with the painful nights at the hospital after having a brain tumor surgery, the pain was so sharp and intense, no even the strongest pain medication they give me would help, I was on my own for the rest of the 6 hours that I have to wait for the next dosis, so I meditated on this, unbelievably the pain will just dissappear and would be able to fall asleep... and until this day when I cannot sleep this is the only sounds that works for me, amazing isn't?

When you meditate, you can connect with your higher self and answers you seek will prevail itself to you. Before the meditation, intend you are worthy and all is well. I discovered this sounds in the summer of 2017 . Interesting mantra if used for spiritual transformation. When it goes into willing relationships, wealth etc. It sounds like snake oil sales tactics or ego corruption vs. transforming the ego. The deepest practices I've found are about achieving a non-ego state. I can't imagine trying to manifest anything -- but only to surrender.

The day he crossed from this realm is the day he saved me. I had never heard of him until that day. I was in the pit of grief and despair. I had been there for a few years. I love Dr Dyer I feel him guiding me at times. I’m so very grateful for his life and for his spirit, for his energy. I listen to this sometimes in preparation for another meditation. It’s so easy to connect when I can relax and sink into the beautiful sounds of “I am”.. the energy softly washes over me and everything begins to lift away.
