Just secured my first customer success manager role. Had the interview on my birthday and they let me know I was successful 15 mins later. Coming from a varied background in HR, sales hospitality and customer service it’s been a long journey to get to here and I’m extremely proud of myself and excited for my new journey. Your channel has helped me so much and will continue to do so

Hi Team @CSM Practice, I got an opportunity at a company as CSM role. I have total 9 years of Software development experience, like I use to develop solutions on analytical tools, developing ETL jobs, worked on AML solutions, Worked on Azure cloud solutions, dashboarding and reporting on the KPIs. Just wanted a suggestion will it be wise decision to switch from technical background to CSM role. Because I don't have any flavor of sailing something or any sort of presales experience in prior. Please suggest and guide me to choose the career.

A company will need a capable applicant tracking system (ATS) to get better at talent acquisition (recruiting).
