Impressive introduction of CTLA4 and PD1. I am currently interested in the so called 'Immune checkpoint therapy' that includes these two signaling pathways. Can you please also give a short introduction if it's possible. I am studying in HKUST as a bioengineering student and now I am conducting some microfluidic experiments like double emulsion in capillary microfluidics. I am searching for some application for this technique so looking forward that you can share some ideas.

So CTLA4 is inhibitor and CD28 + PD1 are stimulator ? So we could activate them to fight cancer ? Thanks 👍🏻
