C.T. Fletcher seems like he's a pretty cool guy. What an excellent point about how some of the best motivational speaking starts with the words "I can't" or "You can't." I wish he would have spent a few minutes elaborating on one of his experiences where someone told him he *couldn't* do something. That would have been pretty awesome to hear.

My Mother raised me to use haters as motivation... I've always been a small guy... VERY small kid... My Mother was smaller than me... she told me "Don't let them Mother Fucker's bring you down... when they try to bully you to bring you down.. fight back and prove to them you are not to be messed with... and use it as motivation"... the first time I did this..I REALLY surprised myself... see..I watched My Mother (small Woman) take down guys 5+ times her size... the only problem I had was that I took my aggression from rough childhood without Father REALLY being there.. out on fighting...I enjoyed hurting people... although I would be a Bully to bigger kids for picking on other little kids or girls... so there was some good in it... but my intentions were usually to hurt someone... when I was 14 I walked away from my first fight EVER... it felt GREAT!!!... and I have turned to a pacifist ever since... and went back to training Martial Arts (Jeet Kune Do) and did it sporadically for years... then in 2008 my first son was born... Motivated me... been consistent in Martial Arts training since...13 years now... now I inspire others to have the want to learn to defend themselves and also have self- control.. and when people question that I train in Martial Arts and tell me i need to bulk up (since I'm only 5' 2 7/8" tall and weigh 124-126lbs)...i use it as motivation... look at Bruce Lee...i may not be him... but he PROVED to the world that even in self- defense... size does NOT matter.. so let your motivation be when people doubt you in something... LOVE CT's mindset!!!

CT, I have always loved your motivation and many times, I've listen to ",It's your last mothuf'#(kin set" song before I trained. For my whole life, I've been told ",I can't" do this or that.. I've proved them wrong each time.. I've crawled mountains on my hands and knees, I've crawled the Rocky Steps, I've earned so many firsts in my life and its because someone said that I couldn't!! That's all I'd ever need to do it. On 4/18/15, I'm going after a Guinness Book Of World Record attempt to pull a 4000lb plus SUV 329 feet nonstop to earn the title of GBWR Holder. It's been done for a strong man, I know.... But itse never been done my way and that's why Guinness iwms willing to recognize it. You see, I'm actually paralyzed from the waste down and I will be pulling it in my chair!! So, don't tell me I CAN'T & if you do, be prepared to be WRONG!! Thanks for all you do and thanks for helping me through my trials!!!!!
